+Reset Rock-on Root
+-----------------
+In rare instances reported by users, issues during installation and operation 
+of Rock-ons can be traced back to an inconsistent :ref:`rockons_root` share.
+Symptoms are things like:
+* The installation fails without a discernible
+  error when checking the logs.
+* A deletion of the Rock-on using the command line as described in :ref:`rockons_force_delete`
+  and a subsequent Rock-on attempt to re-install it, does not seem to work.
+* The Rock-on fails to start when it worked in previous cases without any
+  issues. However, this could also be related to a breaking update of
+the underlying image.
+* The WebUI throws an error like this when for example uninstalling/reinstalling a
