Starting with version 1.4, `sbt` comes with an optional client [`sbtn`](https://www.scala-sbt.org/1.x/docs/sbt-1.4-Release-Notes.html#Native+thin+client) which [cannot be built on apple M1 architecture](https://github.com/sbt/sbtn-dist/releases/tag/v1.4.7). The situation is stalled [until the release of openJdk17](oracle/graal#2666 (comment)). Until then, M1 brew users have no possibility to install a recent-ish version of sbt. The formula is based on c99510b, with the mirror url being removed as not reachable anymore.
