- duration of Shamanic dance was reduced to 3 rounds + 1 round per 2 points of charisma above 10
- Immortal Berserker now only works during Last Berserk. Also at the end of last Berserk Berserker will receive 50 points of damage
- Small Shields no longer have penalty to missile AC but instead give 5% arcane spell casting failure and -10% to hide in shadows, move silently and pickpockets
- Medium Shields now give 15% arcane spell casting failure and -20% to hide in shadows, move silently and pickpockets
- Tower Shields now give 50% arcane spell casting failure and -100% to hide in shadows, move silently and pickpockets (it is all irrelevant since no thieves or arcane casters can use them), and also limit max AC dex bonus to +2
- THAC0 penalty of Flurry of Strikes was reduced to -3
- replaced Set stat effects on most items and spells with Increment
- items and spells incrementing character stats are no longer cumulative with each other (except Righteous Magic)
- Strength bonus of Righteous Magic was fixed at 4 and it is cumulative with all other Strength bonuses
- damage of sling bullets was reduced to 1d4
- Belt of Fortitude now gives permanent bonus to Constitution
- removed penalties from Whirlwind, replaced Greater whirlwind with Epic Dodge
- removed penalties fron Hail of Arrows, replaced Greater Hail of Arrows with Perfect Shot
- reduced duration of Mantle, Improved Mantle and Absolute Immunity to 1 round per 2 caster levels
- reduced cooldown for most epic abilities
- changed saving throw penalties of certain item effects to be equal to the enchantment bonus unless effect power is specified
- replaced Beastmaster class with Silent hunter
- changed Shar-Teel class to Silent Hunter
- changed Sarevok class to Hexblade
- cleric/mage and mage/thief now also receive epic spells although at a slower pace than pure clerics and mages
- slightly increased animal companion stat progression and AC at epic levels
- reviewed bonus feat progression at epic levels for different classes
- replaced animal domain spells with Summon Insects, Insect Plague and Conjure Animals
- allowed Hexblade to put up to 4 stars in any weapon category
- added Dispelling Strike ability to Hexblades
- Hexblade Curse now also reduces AC
