+- Fixed an issue where in certain circumstances hotkeys stopped working after restoring the first preview window. For example, the Task Manager window was causing this problem. The fix sets the `Shell_TrayWnd` window as foreground, so hotkeys are activated correctly. It possibly fixes the different reported issues about incorrect position detection.

 - Added a new option (enabled by default) `AutoOpenFirstWindowInBestMethodEver=1`:
   - It restores the first window under the hovered app icon, then shows the list of windows again. Works for all icons on the taskbar (not limited to 10).
