StreetComplete expert edition 45.2

Changes since v45.1_ee:

• Slightly adjust colors for nearby quests
• Allow switching to aerial view
• Allow adding lane count if lanes are not marked (by @matkoniecz)
• Add "no seating, but not takeaway only" answer for seating quest
• Improve performance when setting / updating quest pins
• Keep showing quests for long ways as long as at least one quest pin is visible
• Add caches for edits, improves performance in edit history and when uploading
• Avoid re-creating geometries on edit if only tags changed
