Add Sauna Availability Quest

• Currently simple Yes/No Answer

Possible Discussion:

• It would be possible to set a detailed value for sauna (See wiki) - but I find it too difficult to survey, especially because there is usually more than one sauna per hotel / wellness park / whatever else. What do you think?

Wouldn't it be better to just add sauna as a node via Places overlay (already present)?

That would avoid spamminess and allow for more precise placement (especially important for bigger polygons like resort, sports_centre, water_park...)

@mnalis I've removed resort|sports_centre|water_park. Can be added in Filter Settings later.

Adding the sauna separately might be preferable... but at the same time correctly placing the node in a building might be difficult, and sauna=yes has the advantage of clarifying to which place a sauna belongs.
