R-package TrajectoryMarkovAnalysis specializes on modelling patient trajectories using Markov chains. The package supports discrete and continuous time Markov models, Kaplan-Meier plots, Markov trees and synthetic data generation. The package is based on OMOP CDM. The package can be run as GUI/CLI.
TrajectoryMarkovAnalysis is an R package, with some functions implemented in C++.
For running the package with OMOP CDM, the user must have:
- Permissions to select on ohdsi cdm data schema.
- Permissions to select on ohdsi cdm results schema.
- Permissions to select, create and insert on ohdsi temp/scratch schema.
