Phenobottle v0.1.1

This release includes:

1. RGB support for the Phenobottle (new circuit board and code)
2. Reduced 3D printing time (removed unnecessary parts)
3. Improvements to the 3D printed architecture
4. Improvements in the overall documentation of the device (BOM, markdown etc.)
