사용자의 요구 사항에 따라 학생을 학생 테이블 밖에서도 학생을 추가할 수 있게 함.
전체 삭제 기능을 제공하여 학생들을 모두 삭제할 수 있다.

학생들을 조회한 뒤 학생들의 ID를 통해 모두 삭제한다.
