Set options for fileuploader after initialization
Note that this required timepicker.js external library changes, we will need to keep track of these changes until submitted to the official project. `timePicker.setDetectOrientation(true);`
TimePicker - Fixed active style issue when setting values on datepicker.
Added support for Stepper's orientation.
Updated Doc test for the new updated url.
