Change "This tree is planted" text on webmap

Change text "This tree has been planted" to "Tree tracked" or "Tree Verified."

Target organizational uses want the text on the webmap to be changed from "this tree has been planted."

This text does not capture the FMNR method (in which trees are grown by tending to them, not by just planting them).

I can work on this one. Which text do you prefer, "Tree Tracked" or "Tree Verified"?

Instead of "This tree has been planted" we could say. "This tree has been tracked on" or "This tree has been seen alive on" + date and time

I like @sebastiangaertner's idea, but I'm not sure the verification date(s) is/are tracked currently, only the submission date?
