• Any costs cannot scale per user
• Ideally assessment tool is a Wordpress plug-in
• Final quiz content stored in a private GitHub repository as Markdown
• SCORM compatibility

User Journey

• Users browse the course content on the website before taking the final quiz
• Users take the final quiz in the tool, there is no course content

As a Learner I want to

• Explore the GSP course content (without registering) so that I can prepare to take the final quiz
• Take the final quiz on the GSF website so that I can gain my certificate
• Register to take the final quiz using an email address or social login
• Take the final quiz multiple times so that I can try, try and try again
• Get a digital badge for passing the quiz so that I can post it on my LinkedIn
• Get a certificate of completion after passing the quiz so that I can demonstrate my CPD to HR
• Get an email with all the relevant details after completing the course
• Share my feedback on the course after completion so I can help improve it for others

As a GSF Admin I want to

• Make the final quiz available to learners
• Have learners register to take the final quiz so that we have their details
• Style the quiz in GSF branding
• Issues certificates of completion
• Issue digital badges
• Know how many people have passed the final quiz
• Know the pass/fail rates for the final quiz
• Export the list of learners
• Have a leaderboard of the top 10 organisations who have put their employees through the course
• Engage with learners via email
• Have the ability to create future certifications (Green Cloud Certified)

As a Member Org I want to

• Know how many people from my organisation have passed the course
• Know who from my organisation has passed the course
