As a project manager, and a core developer, i want to be able to benchmark our QA performance against some targets that represent success.
Rationale
We are implementing a new QA strategy and putting a lot of effort into defining new processes and features to support it. We have to define a set of indicators we can use to track whether our strategy and tooling has made a positive difference. We also need to know when we fall short so we can course correct.
