Summary page with the voting results

This needs to be discussed but here is a proposal:

Access button:

Needs to:

• Have a summary page on the admin side
• Have a summary page on the public side (show it if supports are public and not show it not)

Needs to implement generic pages to show the result regardless of the voting manifest. Investigate if it is easy to add a custom view defined in the manifest (to override the default)
