mvn clean compile assembly:single

You should then be able to run it as

/usr/jdk64/jdk1.8.0_60/bin/java -cp target/vision-google-cloud-samples-1.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar com.example.vision.Detect labels "/root/Downloads/safe_image.php.jpeg"
