The mt diagram was in the mt stages, which have now been deleted. This fixes the diagram and put it back so the FAST README is not broken.

I also made this to explain the flow through org stages when using mt but did not link it from any README as it seems a bit too much. It's in the excalidraw diagrams file if we want/need to iterate on it in the future.
