Fix API

Make the API work for when multiple mods are using it.

Upgrade to 1.16.2, some fixes

• Update to 1.16.2
• Fix Gravestone spawning one block too high
• Fix default config options to reflect closer to the Forge Gravestones Mod
• Make player not able to lose it's own items when breaking a gravestone

Re-add Trinkets Compatibility

Re-adds compatibility with trinkets!

Fix crash on 1.16

A crash happened when opening the ModMenu! This has been fixed.

1.16 Release

The 1.3 release for gravestones! This removes all compatibility for Requiem and Trinkets as they have not updated to 1.16 yet.
