This PR takes all of the various Storage Drawers add-ons, and merges them into the base mod. Adding a configuration section for packs, and giving an option to enable/disable any of them.
This does NOT change the mod ID or registration of any of the blocks, merely ships them in the same jar with multiple child mods and config options for them.
This does not include the git history from those repos, as all of the commit history was entirely housekeeping stuff(Buildscript updates, spotless, etc).

When merging this, the above add-ons will need to be removed from the pack(note that Erebus is not currently in the pack). Once this is merged and released and in the pack, the addon repos can be archived.
