Purpose

This PR aims to remove the has-separation-of-duties-matrix constraint from the develop branch.

Changes

• has-separation-of-duties-matrix constraint deleted.
• ssp-has-separation-of-duties-matrix-INVALID.xml deleted
• has-seperation-of-duties-PASS.yaml deleted.
• has-seperation-of-duties-FAIL.yaml deleted.
