GitHub provide a default .gitignore when making a python project repo.

This PR extends the existing .gitignore to include standard python files from the github default .gitignore and adds a few other file types for openmc output files

A few of the file types we had in the existing gitignore are covered by the github one so I've also removed the tiny amount of duplication
