Set the Shib affiliation field to library-walk-in for tutorial accounts, allowing the portal (or other clients) to clearly identify such accounts.

…or tutorial accounts. Shib only allows specific affiliation strings to be passed, and this sounds sufficiently temporary.

Shibboleth only allows specific values for eduPersonAffiliation, and tutorial is not one of them. But library-walk-in is and sounds suitably temporary. So we'll use that to mark tutorial accounts.
