kubectl get service 명령어에서 경고 문구가 발생한 것을 보면, 개발자의 문제였다기 보다는 구글의 GKE 클러스터 측에서 잠시 다운타임이 있었던 것 같아요! (가끔 발생하는 일이랍니다)
