Embed release-related documentation into git repository.

It seems good for me.

To resume, I should:

1. Merge the pull request
2. Eventually fix the wiki main page, if needed.
3. Eventually add somewhere a list of links.

Let me know if I have to do anything else.

As I understood, we should not lose any links.

@giox069 After Matteo comments I'll merge, except you are against it.
