User access rights

Marcin van de Ven edited this page Dec 18, 2017 · 2 revisions

In the judging process some people should have access to more specific parts of the applications. Below an overview of those user groups and their roles. Implement after the core functionalities are finished.

table user rights

User groups

Those groups are based on an hierarchical structure: the group listed first has the least access to the system, the next group inherits those access rights and have extra access rights.

Judges

Have access to the rubric forms and ranking part of their own seen teams. They can view and write/edit forms until the nominations. Can _view _ rankings of other judging panels during the nominating process. Internal notes can always be edited.

Head judges

Have also _write _access to the nominations-part. Can edit rubric forms and nominations until the deliberations have started. Can _view _other nominations during the deliberations process. In settings those users can add/edit judging panels

Judge advisor

User that is allowed to make the final ranking during the deliberations process.

Administrators

Have access to all settings and can edit everything.

Teams view (later implementation)

Special page where a team can log in (using a PIN-code or something) and can see their forms.
