Convert Solinf contacts (.xlsx) to Google contacts (.csv)

Takes a .xlsx file containing the contacts from Solinf and converts them to Google contacts (.csv file). It will only keep the name, the family name, the email and phone number of each person to create a contact in the new CSV file.
