Wouldn't it be even better to remind a user to give the bug report a meaningful title mentioning “crash”? Also, wouldn't it make sense to call the generated text file crash_report.txt rather than bug_report.txt?
The same “FAR crashed” dialog might even have a button to open an URL like https://github.com/FarGroup/FarManager/issues/new?template=bug_report.yml&labels=bug&title=Crash+after+WHAT+DID+YOU+DO%3F (with half-baked Title included).
