2023-10-10 Upgrade of build procedure to ODK and simplifying hierarchy

This release is primarily concerned with the conversion of the build procedure to use the Ontology Development Kit, here used ODK 1.4.3 (September 2023 2nd Edition).

This release resolves the issues listed in the 0.3.0 Milestone. Of primary relevance is the inclusion of the Subject Agnostic term, and the tidying of definitions by splitting them into definition and definition source.
