Fix chat list isn't scrolled to bottom when edit message using arrow up key

Explanation of Change

The issue happens because the scroll animation is interrupted by the focus event. This PR make sure that the scroll happens without animation if we are going to edit a message.

1. Open any chat with other users that shows their time above the composer and also make sure the chat is scrollable
2. Send at least 2 messages
3. Focus on the composer and press arrow up key
4. Verify the edit composer is fully visible
5. Close the edit composer
6. Repeat 2-4 a few times

Can't use arrow-up key to edit, so just edit it from the context menu

So, on mWeb Chrome, the mutation added node is not the div that we added the dataset to.

So, we should use this, but instead of doing the recursion manually, we can use querySelector.

instead of recursively checking the children to make it simpler (let me know if we want to recursively checking the children).
