[HybridApp] Adjust NewDot to new boot behaviour on iOS

PR is just a NewDot part of https://github.com/Expensify/Mobile-Expensify/pull/13159.
It removes redundant logic from codebase that we don't need anymore after changing boot behaviour of React Native on iOS

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines

I see this was merged, so it's important to note that we'll also need this PR for the HybridApp to function correctly cc: @lakchote @AndrewGable

For context: We removed native events listener so BootSplash state won't reset after transition to OldDot and we won't see it after next transition to NewDot
