I see this was merged, so it's important to note that we'll also need this PR for the HybridApp to function correctly cc: @lakchote @AndrewGable For context: We removed native events listener so BootSplash state won't reset after transition to OldDot and we won't see it after next transition to NewDot |

Details
PR is just a NewDot part of https://github.com/Expensify/Mobile-Expensify/pull/13159.
It removes redundant logic from codebase that we don't need anymore after changing boot behaviour of React Native on iOS
