Details

This PR fixes an issue on Android mWeb, where swiping horizontally to right on the map view in request money tab will cause tab switch.

Tests

1. Navigate to FAB > Request money > Distance.
2. Drag the map to the right.
3. Verify that swiping horizontally on map area doesn't trigger a tab switch to scan tab
4. Verify that mapbox attribution icon on the right bottom can be tapped.

@aswin-s BaseTextInput is also affected by this change. Please make sure that doesn't cause any regressions on all text inputs. Especially test #28047, #35436

@situchan Tested on all platforms and verified that scenarios #28047 and #35436 are not reproducible.

Had to add onMoveShouldSetPanResponder back. Without it text selection inside AmountInput within TabNavigator was not properly working on iOS mWeb.
