update updateTargetAndMousePosition function

Details

Updated updateTargetAndMousePosition function to get currentTarget of the event.
So the app could get correct bounds data for showing tooltip in correct position.

Tests

1. Open the app.
2. Open any report.
3. Click on profile avatar or any user profile avatar.
4. Hover on email/phone number and then hover & click on "Copy to clipboard" button.
5. Do not move the cursor and observe that tooltip is shown in the correct position. Instead of moving to the top left corner.

  • The component has the minimum amount of code necessary for its purpose, and it is broken down into smaller components in order to separate concerns and functions

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
