Notable changes from the 2012-08-02 release of the ErgoDox pcb:

• Outer columns correctly support 1u keys
• Drill holes changed from 'GND' to 'HOLE'
• Silkscreen changes: revision number and Ergodox.org replaced by Ergodox.io
