@jbelien I believe I've added a MAPBOX_TOKEN.. what implication does it have for me? will I have to pay to them, eventually? also, why are Global CI builds failing?

The free tier should be enough, don't worry!
AFAIK not a single city reached the free limit.
But yes, in theory, you will have to pay Mapbox if you go over the free limit for Tallinn.

also, why are Global CI builds failing?

Still working on it. 😉
