Create agregate section for all the elements

We need an aggregate section for all the issues that we have so it's easy to see where the problem was.

Need aggregate for:

1. The params that are sent for an issue if it was a request
2. We have the users aggregated but we could show the attributes exactly sent by the client
3. Show the browsers that this happened on
4. Aggregate the messages that were received.
5. We need to show the number of instances that that item happened and when it was first seen and last.
