This is related to UofUEpiBio/epiworld#21. The presentation is plotting the wrong numbers:
In the case of the incidence figures, there's no need to compute differences since the function
get_transition_historyreturns the incidence already.The generation time function returns
-1for cases when there's no transition; so we need to subset them.
