A library to download data from EOD historical data https://eodhd.com/ using:
$ pip install git+https://github.com/femtotrader/python-eodhistoricaldata.git
or
$ git clone https://github.com/femtotrader/python-eodhistoricaldata.git
$ python setup.py install
Environment variable EOD_HISTORICAL_API_KEY
should be defined using:
export EOD_HISTORICAL_API_KEY="YOUR_API"
or setup and .env file and write your api key
like EOD_HISTORICAL_API_KEY="YOUR_API"

You can download data simply using

but if you want to avoid too much data consumption, you can use a cache mechanism.
