0.0.11 - support full processing in one command

Initial support for data processing with single command:

imc process <mcdfile1.mcd> <mcdfile2.mcd> <tifffile1.tiff> <tifffile2.tiff>

Multiple files are allowed and both MCD and TIFF supported.
