As we now install the elos configuration file, we shall remove everything which is not intended for a production system. Thus remove the dummy plugins as they are only for test and demonstration.
It is more likely, that elosc is installed in /usr/bin then /bin. However if the installation path differs this option simply requires some manual intervention by the system integrator or installing user.
No dummy plugins are installed on default anymore.
Provide a default config for the DLT backend, but disable it on default as it needs a DLT daemon running.
