We published salesforce extensions v58.11.0 6 days ago.
This is showing in our settings/extensions as well but not showing up on open.VSX Registry.

@svc-idee-bot @gbockus-sf If looks like versions 58.13.1 and 58.11.0 were not activated. We've seen similar behavior in other extensions. We've not yet been able to isolate the cause. In some cases, we can work around by un-publishing the deactivated versions and re-publishing. I've done that for 58.13.1 and 58.11.0. Can you try to re-publish.

I can see 58.13.1 and 58.14.1 published, so closing.
