This PR adds markdown-lint by David who works for Microsoft as GitHub action.
This PR fixes issues seen by theRules to the Markdown files.
I also removed a link to
#resource-usage-statistics, which was 404.To have automatic editor support, this PR adds markdownlint as recommended plugin for VS.Code.
An EditorConfig is also added vor convience.
