It is encouraged to create your EclairJS Node application as an IBM Bluemix NodeJS application so it can be widely available. There is an example of EclairJS running in a Jupyter Notebook under Bluemix at: eclairjs.cloudet.xyz.
There are future plans to have an IBM Bluemix service, but currently it is not available. You can deploy the Docker container to Bluemix for now.
