The docker (or singularity) container and documentation is outdated. Current code can be found in the docker folder.

Docker containers at https://hub.docker.com/u/esmvalgroup

To do:

  • Update container
  • Update documentation
  • Add singularity support (if we need to do anything for this)
  • Use container on CircleCI
  • Anything more?

Anything more?

Can anyone give me permissions in DockerHub so I can play a bit with the autobuilds?

Cheers Bouwe, got the notification, among all the warning emails for Corona 😁 I'll have a go at playing with the tools next week

I can not see neither ESMValTool nor ESMValCore repositories to enable the auto builds. I can see our cmip6-cmor-tables fork and the tutorial one. Maybe it is an issue with my permissions on that repositories.

This is what I see - I believe that's all we need to see, can you not, Javi?

I can see that, yes. And I have been able to upload new versions of tool and core. What I can not do is to setup the autobuild because I can not see the GitHub repositories:

Only some people from DLR have administrative permissions on the ESMValCore and ESMValTool repositories. See further discussion in email.

@jvegasbsc Autobuilds are enabled now for master and tags and you should be able to change the settings too.
