Changes to se_wallet.cpp

The code update related to issue Unnecessary code in sw_wallet.cpp #5684
The process of converting signed data from Secure enclaves to fc::ecdsa_sig has been changed to api provided by openssl.
API signing digest is significantly important for stability and security. More test required.
