[Feature] Add "User Story Report" collection

It is possible that a user wants to unpublish his/her story, or the story may contain something inappropriate and so the story should be removed. In both cases, the flow should be to report the story and trigger it in the admin panel of the application.

So, the idea is to create a User Story Report collection, that contains all the reports made by the users. The collection will contain the reason of reporting a story, and the admin can review the reason to decide whether the story should be removed or not.

If a user wants to unpublish the story, he/she can use the Report feature to request the admin to delete/unpublish it.
