Support phase on the organ-study relationship

@mryan4 noticed that in the Focus BMDB phase information was missing from certain biomarkers. This also lead to our routine status meeting noticing that the EDRN Portal was showing phase only on the biomarker-organ level.

Maureen notes that phase is not useful at this level; biomarker research phase only has utility at the organ-study level.

The portal should show phasing at the organ-study level.

Hi Sean, Looks good! Thank you. I would suggest putting the title of the study in bold, same as the “Biomarker Phase” is. The phase is easy to find, but the study title, which is directly above the phase, sort of gets lost in all the other text.
