#70 adds descriptions fo many parameters, but not all. It would be nice if all parameters had descriptions/explanations.

#204 takes care of this by linking directly to default.ini from https://e3sm-project.github.io/zppy/_build/html/main/parameters.html

Actually, #204 only makes sure users see the latest (or version-specific) default.ini. That file itself has a few parameters without a comment/description of what they do.
