Bug description

When you create a channel then leave the channel to delete it the counter on the bot does not get updated to represent that the channel was removed e.g. from watching 1 channel to watching 0 channels.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a channel
  2. Leave channel to delete channel
  3. Look at the counter.
