MiMa (for "Migration Manager") is a tool for identifying binary incompatibilities in Scala libraries. Incorporating this plugin into our builds will help ensure that we don't accidentally introduce a change that causes binary incompatibility issues, which are otherwise only detected at runtime (and are therefore extremely frustrating!)
