Here whats new

1. New design - we implement RipeCSS as the base of our checkout. It's an amazing looking style that works perfectly anywhere with anything.
2. We added 8 different skins: black, blue, green, yellow, red, orange, purple and pink.
3. We added three step layout.
4. Code refactor. Because we removed so many conflicting html code, now the checkout fits anywhere.
5. Bug fixes.
