Add support for Elgato Key Light #22

Add the ability to monitor and control Elgato key lights including power, brightness, and temperature.

Having a working branch will allow me to work on different computers as
well as receive feedback through the GitHub pull request interface.

It looks like the build is failing because avahi-client can't build. It said it can't make the bindings so that probably means there's a C library for avahi and needs to be installed in the container before the Rust bindings can be generated.
